ARENA ATLÂNTICO – Gestão de Recintos Multiusos, S.A., regards the privacy and data protection of its users as a very serious matter.
This policy (“Policy”) establishes the terms according to which we process any personal data provided by you or collected by us, explaining how and why we collect data, the way the data is processed, the conditions in which they can be shared with others and how we keep them safe. Arena Atlântico, S.A. ensures the privacy and safety in the processing of data provided by the user for purposes of marketing campaigns, and we only request and collect the personal data necessary to provide information to you regarding ARENA ATLÂNTICO, SA and its partners. Any individual whose data have been collected has the right to access that provided data, as well as to rectify them and erase them.
Below we will describe the practices that we have adopted regarding the processing of information and inherent to our newsletter subscription, as well as the process of creating an account to complete purchases and the process of signing up as a user, including the way how the personal data is collected and used.

The communication between mobile applications and central systems use secure cryptographic protocols HTTPS (SSL/TLS), to encryption data during transmission, secure authentication with token, and the use of tokens (tokes), to authorize requests from applications to the servers.
All personal data will be stored in a secure way in the services belonging to ARENA ATLÂNTICO, or those of its partners, which in turn can be found in datacenters, covered by all physical and logistical security measures that ARENA ATLÂNTICO has deemed essential for the purpose of protecting personal data.
Information collection and processing
ARENA ATLÂNTICO, SA, collects and stores the users’ personal information so as to provide a more personalized service to each user.
Mobile applications store data locally in the user’s device, such as user preferences, configurations, authentication tokes or temporary information of each session. These data are stored in a secure way using specific storing mechanisms for the mobile platform.
In the registration moment, the name, email and access password are requested;
In the processes regarding transactions/purchases, the user’s tax number and country are requested.
When the user proceeds to acquire goods/services which are age restrictred, it is required that the user confirms their age.
What personal information do we collect?
Personal information: We can collect personal information, such as name and email address, and other identification information, whenthe user registers or uses our app.
Usage information: We collect information about the way the user utilizes our app, including the registration data, information about the mobile device, and other usage data.
According to the General Conditions, we do not consciously collect information regarding personal information from individuais under 13 years old without the duly parents’ consent. In case we find out that a child under 13 years old has provided personal information to us, we will immediately delete those data from our servers. In case you are a parent or guardian and you find out that your child has provided us with personal information, get in touch with us so that we can proceed with the necessary measures.
